"Flat was clean enough, had a few bits and pieces of wear and tear to fitted wardrobes and kitchen - emailed pics to Agents and they acknowledged. Was a great location to get to Ovo Arena. Keys were easy to get - and the App to open communual door was brilluant. Kitchen looked well equipped (we mostly ate out). "

It’s conveniently located near an Underground station in a lively, eclectic neighborhood with plenty of options for dining and coffee. The property was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth, and Steve was quick to respond on WhatsApp."

"This flat is down a steep, narrow set of stairs. Communication with this host was very good, and the location is close to an Underground station though the line isn't very convenient to many sightseeing destinations nearby. This backs up to the railroad tracks and trains run 24/7 so if you have the windows open it will be loud. However, since it's a daylight basement, with windows/doors closed the noise isn't good. There is a residential neighbor upstairs whose footfalls were very audible...

"I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because of our initial experience. We reached out to the host to see if we’d be able to enter earlier than the 3 PM check in time. We were allowed to though the place was not really ready. The bathrooms were not cleaned and rubbish bins were left full. The place also did not have any of the amenities promised e.g. shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The washing machine was also left so packed that the laundry could not wash nor dry.
