2. Ferrum

"We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal"

3. Luxury Suits near Wembley Stadium

Barnhill

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"Original booking for a different hotel fell through, so Expedia booked this hotel on my behalf. When checking in, I was told that it hadn’t fully processed and I needed to sort it out myself. I had gotten no email, no number to call or anything and had to get it from reception. Luckily wasn’t too hard to sort out but somewhat annoying if you’re on a time crunch or just want to get in and relax. The hotel is also mainly apartments as well, and I was told by someone else at reception that they...

"Booked 3 months in advance and checked in advance when requested. Arrived at the property with no communication on how to gain access. Contacted the host to be told then by text that the property had been double booked so my booking was cancelled. I was left to try and find other accommodation at short notice which was at further expense to us. I called the host to speak to them following the text to say the booking was cancelled and they refused to pick upThe way we were treated was appalling...
