"This is our second time staying at this hotel in Park Royal. The price is amazing and the breakfast is outstanding. There is a large selection of food and there is something for everyone. Hot foods, cold food, waffles, toast, fresh fruit and vegetables etc. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Park Royal tube station and a 5-6 minute walk to the Hanger Station. The rooms are clean and the perfect size for European hotel rooms. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again if we return."

"The location is very convenient, right next to the metro station, and the room was quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room looked clean overall, although one of the towels had a stain. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"We were greeted immediately as we entered the hotel. Staff were all friendly and very willing to help in any way. The room was very clean. Great shower, although there is a gap between shower screens which made the floor wet but solved when angled the shower away from the screen. Nice choice of Dove hand wash, shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was buffet style and a good selection of hot drinks from the vending machine. Nice touch offering “grab and go bags”. On the slightly down side, some traffic noise so maybe ask for a room away from the front if a lighter sleeper. Quite a few takeaways around but the restaurants are just under a mile away. Tube stations too and a fair way away."

"For claiming to be a boutique hotel, I'm left wondering what makes it so. I've stayed various times now but the value-price ratio is declining with each visit. The rooms are not equipped with anything that the ibis doesn't have and most inconvenient, there is only 1 UK power outlet unless one unplugs the TV (the lamps on the night stand have a non UK power outlet I've not seen before(?), no USB outlets either, which is increasingly becoming standard in all hotel rooms. The staff always comes across as if they can't bother/ acting blasé and I don't feel being a valued client even after several stays. I am very disappointed in the lack of sustainability measures the hotel is taking e.g. offering a non-sensical explanation as to why the bathroom light is on 24/7 in the 'accessible room', the towels are changed every single day even if properly hung up. I don't think I'll stay again tbh. "

"Just returned from a lovely stay here. Lovely hotel, very clean, lovely staff, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing, especially the eggs.it has a very good choice to suit everyone. Perfect location for access into London, Hanger Lane tube station is about 7 minute walk from the hotel. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend staying at the fox and goose. "
