Booked for a cheap hotel close to centre of London, Hotel staff were helpful upon check in, but room wasn't ready till on the dot of 2 as they were still cleaning, hotel was more a converted house, basic furniture and could do with some renovation. Location wasn't ideal in the end as the nearest tube was a 15/20 min walk and then 20 mins or so to the center of London so took some time to actually get into the center. Parking outside was convenient. Overall for the price the hotel was good.

I didn't like having to leave my drivers' licence at the desk overnight. The shower room was cramped. It wasn't great.

Poor facility, bed and bed frame doesn’t fit, very ugly and oversized bed frame, no air conditioner, noisy door when shut, dirty wash hand basin and wash hand tap, annoying that they couldn’t fix the plumbing system and one has to wait long time before hot water gushes out of the shower, awful smell like some chemical used in cleaning, so much more. However very good location and was easy to access central London, Heathrow Airport and quite close to Westfield shopping center.

Very budget hotel with low responsiveness of Staff. No housekeeping for the 5 days we were here and on the first day our room was entered without our permission about 15 minutes after we left to explore the city. If we didn’t prepay I would have checked out.
