It should be noted that this is a Pub with rooms and not a Hotel which means that you cannot expect the services of a hotel i.e no porterage, no room service ,no air conditioning etc. In saying that we enjoyed our stay here as we spent a lot of time out of the hotel on day trips. Room was of a decent size although difficult to get to with all the stairs (no lift) The included breakfast here was great as it was sufficient to last us well into the day and the staff were a friendly bunch. Friendly service on arrival. Offered to carry our bags up the stairs which was lovely. Booked a separate bathroom but was upgraded to an en-suite room. Room but noisy as right on the road but slept well enough. Next time would ask for a different room. Plenty of parking. Restaurants close by As well as supermarket, used as a base for going into Windsor the next day and location was perfect for this. Would stay again.
