"We have stayed at Dorsett Shepherds Bush just for one night and it was our second stay at this hotel and we would definitely be back again. The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff and the bar area is very enjoyable. The rooms are of a good size and clean and in good working order and the bed is very comfy for a good night sleep. The area the hotel is located was very convenient for us to attend a concert (walking distance to both Exhibition White City and Eventim Apollo) and there is a lot of highly rated pubs and restaurants nearby to choose from. We both very much like the hotel and will be returning again, so definitely recommend it."

"Great location. Close to Paddington Station with trains and Underground. Staff, Oumaima and Johanes, were very helpful at 12am when I lost my cellphone. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having a kettle to make tea or coffee in the morning. Was easy to get to Heathrow Airport from Paddington Station. Would highly recommend this hotel. Judy from Canada "
