To couple it off one of the staff members extremely rude objectionable and argumentative - when I asked if it was possible, after 5 days, to have a fresh towels told me that I should go wash them...

Everything was spotlessly clean, the room was great and all the staff were so polite and helpful. We were able to leave our bags on both days very easily which was a great help.
