When we arrived, the receptionist kindly offered my partner and me a complimentary drink at the bar to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, the doormen and lobby staff were consistently polite, always offering help and wishing us a great day. On the day of checkout, the gentleman at reception also extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel—everything was perfect from start to finish."

"Superb hotel. Fantastic location for tube, embankment, tate modern, St Paul’s cathedral. Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. Extremely clean throughout hotel and room and fantastic rooms with all the extras even in a standard room. Cocktail bar and a four hour happy hour is great. Lovely decor and well worth a visit and great prices. Rooftop terrace dining is a must. Great food, good vegetarian selection, lovely views of shard. Really comfortable bed and pillows.
