"Had an outstanding stay at the Hyatt Blackfriars. Staff were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate requests, even in the late hours when we came in many nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lattes were great( love those little cookies that come with them). A very walkable area to all key sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"I can only say wonderful things about our family of 3 stay at this hotel. The area is beautiful! Close to a train station. The customer service of every member I spoke too was flawless! They are happy to help and take care of your needs! I must praise Vhladimir, Jake and everybody at the front desk/reception , restaurant . Everybody 5 stars. The rooms are normal size, nice space bathroom with shower and bathtub, comfortable bed . We were very comfortable in our 2 double beds room. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! "
