"Well, what a pleasure this hotel was from start to finish. The property itself is decorated in a quirky stylish way. All the room amenities were controlled by your very own Ipad …tv lights blinds heat etc. Very cool. The pod bathrooms are fab and the bed was so comfortable. This hotel has everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant london stay. Rooms were squeaky clean with great big towels and an option to save the environment and opt out of daily cleaning! smart! The breakfast was first class with options for everyone. A great variety and good quality food. But the thing that makes this hotel that little bit special is the staff! They were very pleasant and courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. They took time to speak to guests and were happy to deal with any enquiries, helping with luggage etc for our early arrival. The bar and restaurant service was excellent and we even had a staff member who came especially to say goodbye. We were so impressed with this little gem of a hotel. It was a ten minute walk to the tube and loads of lovely local eating places within walking distance. From someone who never writes reviews do yourself a favour and book it! we will definitely be back! "
