"The hotel is modern, comfortable and well located in the city. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and modern. For the central location, it's quiet and peaceful. The bar was well looked after and breakfast was fresh and plentiful."

"Good location if you want to be in a central, but relatively quiet area. It is close to St Paul’s, Tate Modern and Borough Market, and being right beside Blackfriars station gives you direct access to Gatwick Airport. "

"Easy check-in, even though I was hours late. Augustine, the concierge, was simply amazing! I forgot my travel adaptor, and he tried his best to look through the storage to find one. I could tell he was working long hours and was smiling at every turn! Time for a raise for Augustine!. Thanks, I will keep up with Z Hotel when I'm in London. Keep your awesome employees! "

"Great hotel, great location. Lovely, helpful staff. Water refill station was a brilliant addition. Only critique would be that there is no fridge in the room. Just a mini fridge for a couple of bits would’ve been ideal. "
