Small, but perfectly formed - this hotel right by St Pauls is a hidden gem. The rooms, though compact, are stylish and well laid out. The bed is everythign you expect from a Hilton, and the fit/finish are wonderful. We have stayed a few times now and this is our home-from-home in London. The staff make it welcoming, and really care about their guests. And without doubt this is just about the best hotel breakfast we've ever had in London!

The room was superb and the room amenities.The hotel is in a great location. The only downside was the staff member that served us at check-in; she asked to see some ID which I've never had to do for a domestic booking, and was presumptuous. When I addressed this, the customer service deteriorated and regrettably we weren't asked any common courtesy questions or given any basic explanations about the hotel facilities. Thankfully the Duty Manager stepped in and rectified the situation.

Upon check-In our rooms were available after a long flight. The room is cozy and a little small but they make up for world class service. The dining restaurant is called “Found” and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices (hot or cold). We can order eggs made to order. Our last night we had one cocktail with wonderful service and a variety adult beverage menu.

Many thanks to all the staff at this charming boutique hotel! From the moment we arrived, Natalia at reception greeted us very kindly. Everything has been taken care of, absolutely every detail. The lighting in the room is perfect (you don't need to insert the key card for it to work), the beds and pillows are comfortable, there's a Nespresso machine, and outlets everywhere. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities and is very nicely decorated. It's a quiet and peaceful hotel; you can't hear anything from the neighboring rooms, so you sleep very well. The cleaning service was also perfect. There's a lovely little coffee shop at the entrance, but we had a very good breakfast included which its served in the bar at the back, everyone, like Rafael, was very friendly. The area around is very nice, clean, and safe to walk around at night, with restsurants and bus stops right in front and a train station just a few meters away that goes to Gatwick. 100% recommended; we'll definitely be back soon.
