Great service from staff at the hotel and the restaurant. Very convenient location, a stones throw from the Tower, other landmarks and local pubs and restaurants. The only problem was the worn out curtains.

It was a nice hotel although I don't think I'd stay here again, due to a couple of issues. Location was good but the room had its quirks. The shower and toilet were in the room with mirrored glass but, you could see the person in the shower from the room which, I didn't like. Also, the sink to wash your hands was in the bedroom. The sofa bed for my daughter had a dent right through the middle. Breakfast was decent although the orange juice wasn't very nice it was a if they water it down.

Great service. Great problem solving. Good food. Room was great other than it’s a glass wall between the bedroom and washroom so at night the washroom light lit up the bedroom waking my spouse. But all made better by the close by London Tower Castle & Bridge! Walkable eats & drinks. Great spot.

It was a very good location. London Tower is only a few steps away. We stayed at the third floor on first night which was smaller and sink wasn’t working properly. We moved to 4th floor on second night and it was good. Would recommend this place to a friend.

Location was unbeatable. Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Coffee was top notch. Dislikes- only one restaurant on site, room service was iffy- one order was cancelled because “no one was working the kitchen” when we only ordered a slice of cheesecake. Also, we gave a lot of money to the hotel across the street because there was no snack bar in the hotel. That money could have stayed with Novotel.

Staff was very helpful. I like their buffet breakfast and their restaurant. You don't have to go out after a hectic day tour. You can just eat in their hotel restaurant. Food were good and so with price. The only thing we hate was their bathroom sink. It's not draining properly. It took forever. Soo disgusting.

Good location close to several stations but not so easy to get to London Bridge Station. Several eat our and food outlets close by. Check in was seamless. There was some maintenance work noise on 2 of our 8 day stay. The room facilities are as listed. Convenient empty fridge we could use and water filling stations on each floor. Towels and beddings were good too. Reception staff were helpful when we asked for help navigating train transport disruptions on our departure date. Thank you!
