"Very friendly staff, a young man helped to store our bags as we were very early for check in. He was there in our return and dealt with us in a very welcoming manner. Check in was easy , all the staff were helpful and polite. We had booked a twin room but on arrival it was configured as a double. With in minutes this was rectified by friendly staff. We had gone to a concert in the evening but had not tea bags left or milk. We requested more and before we had chance to take off our coats in the room , a member of staff brought plentiful supply of all provision. The staff could not have been more helpful. We loved our room and the large bathroom , it was clean , comfortable and I will definitely return without hesitation "

"Amazing location! Literally sleeping next to the Theatre in Piccadilly!!! 😊. We booked the hotel to watch Les Mis which was absolutely incredible if you are thinking about a theatre trip. Easy check in. There was staff there to help with any hiccups. Friendly staff. Clean entrance with a few seats to charge phones etc. There was a really nice gym, not sure if you had to pay extra. Cafe area and more seating and work areas. Heads up, bag storage is £15 per suitcase and early check in £ 40. Room was super clean and very simple. No hairdryers or any frills but that's fine for what we wanted. Check out easy. Beautiful Japanese restaurant opposite called Shoryu . We had a fab time! "

"We stayed for 19 nights, so this is a well-informed review. The location is unbeatabl, right on the Thames, stylish design, and a coworking space that’s a genuine highlight. The staff were consistently warm and professional, making a long stay feel truly welcoming. On the downside, housekeeping was disappointing for an extended visit. Over 19 nights, the room was never vacuumed, beds were made, but that was it. For nearly three weeks, it starts to feel neglected. The windows don’t open either, which at times felt quite claustrophobic, a small but noticeable issue on a longer stay. Overall, a lovely property worth recommendin, just manage your expectations around housekeeping. "

"I had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that great care is taken in maintaining high standards throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."

"A decent location. Not far from st Paul's. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in our room but there were no instructions on how to work it and there was only three pods which were not replenished during our two night stay either. The hairdryer in the room wasn't working. The rooms were and dated yet clean. The main issue we had was that the water in the shower was never hot enough. It was only ever luke warm at best and this made showering an unpleasant experience. We didn't have breakfast during our stay but the bakery section and coffee was nice. I would give this hotel no more than 3/5 stars. Nothing flashy. Just very average accomodation in a decent location."

"The room, the staff the executive lounge was great! A really love extra to have. The only issue was the room was facing some contraction and we were woken up at 7.30am by refuse collection and then from 8.30am drilling all on a Saturday morning. "
