"Love this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I had to pay an upgrade fee to get a room with a view, otherwise Fantastic experience. I will use this hotel again. The housekeeping staff are very kind."

"The room was fantastic! It was clean and modern with a great view of the ocean and lagoon. Every staff member was super polite and friendly. Only issue I had was with the Friday Starlight Luau. The host started the night while there were quite a lot of people in the golden circle line, we couldn’t make out what he was saying. We felt they started without everyone being seated, like they started without us. For the 950+ bucks we paid, we didn’t like that feeling. Overall it was wonderful. "

"The resort is in a great spot, walkable to everything. If you walk one way - you’re on the Main Street in Waikiki. Walk the other way along the boardwalk in the back and you can access a huge beach. The rooms are a good size and modern. We upgraded to a semi ocean view which was worth it. We enjoyed being on the balcony and watching the waves. The on site restaurants are very good and they have a few stores including a snacks/alcohol one which was great for afternoons on our balcony. All the staff are super friendly and they have a late checkout policy which is super helpful when you have a late night flight. We would stay here again. "

"Great location, clean rooms (bit dated), and friendly staff. I shopped around and for the price it couldn’t be beat. I had a late flight in and needed a quick night stay before hopping to a timeshare resort. "
