"I liked that the property was close to the airport. We did not have a lot of airport or road noise that was a bonus. The pillows were like squares of cardboard so not very comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant waitress was rude and literally rolled her eyes and huffed at you if you asked for anything. It would have also been nice to have a coffee carafe or something in the lobby for guests when we arrive or before and after the restaurant was opened. Like if we needed to go down into the lobby. The experience with the restaurant was not welcoming ,so you did not want to go in there and ask for just a coffee, the waitress demeanor was that you were an inconvenience. This stay was at the end of a 3 week vacation, we were tired and had, had excellent experiences up until the restaurant. No photo op with that staff person. 🤣🌴✈️"

"We absolutely loved the beach villas. The location was perfect- we were able to travel all around the island and visit other parts and return back to our peaceful home base, or just spend the day at our wonderful place! Supplies were great, cleanliness was great, and communication was easy! The host was easy to contact and work with. The quick walk to the beach was dreamy, and the pools were well taken care of! We utilized the gym every day- it had every piece of equipment we wanted and wasn’t busy! I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back for years to come!!"

Beach is beautiful.Our only issue is that they do not have a shuttle that goes down to the other hotels and restaurants.So you have to either walk over a mile each way, rent a car or try to get a ride share which is tough. After a few days of walking back and forth - it can get to you. However it’s a great place!!!"

Having a kitchen, washer and dryer was very convenient.The only thing that was frustrating was the ramps we needed to use for the stroller felt like we were zig zagging across the property and it was probably due to the construction of the Nai’a pool. But it’s ok! We got in our extra steps for the day! We would definitely visit again. The whole family enjoyed the stay"
