"This is our absolute favorite place to travel. We have stayed at Four Seasons properties all over the world, but this resort is special. Perfect weather, amazing rooms, protected swimming cove, several pools, restaurants within walking distance, but what truly sets this resort apart is the staff. We have come for years now, and over that time we have made friends with several people who make us feel like friends and family. Cody - while we missed Cody this trip, he always makes our breakfast experience amazing. He has visited multiple FS properties, and because of him, we have added at least 5 to our own list. Cameron - no longer poolside, we were so grateful to be greeted by him when we checked in at the front desk. He has taken care of our family on multiple trips and always seems to find a way to surprise us and make our trip unexpected and memorable. Justin Joey and Morganne. These two were absolutely the best part of our most recent stay. They daily looked out for us and our kiddos and continually looked for ways to make our family feel recognized and went above and beyond to make this our best trip yet. Other major shoutouts include Alyssa, Chloe, Kayci, Moani (always), Ava, and Noah (great to chat). Absolutely recommend this location! We go at least once per year, and it is by far our favorite family destination. "

"Our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villa was simply beautiful. The Villa was immaculate, well-appointed, and comfortable—perfectly suited for a multigenerational family, accommodating everyone from parents with babies and toddlers to grandparents. Every detail and all the amenities reflected a first-class holiday experience. The view was spectacular, and the easy access to the pool, lagoon, and reef made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the convenience of two parking spaces and the daily-used washer and dryer.Both the Villa and the grounds were meticulously maintained, and it was clear the staff took great pride in ensuring a seamless, picture-perfect stay.Working with Joan enhanced our stay immeasurably—from the moment we booked our Villa to the day we departed. Joan is a joy to work with—the consummate professional: knowledgeable, efficient, warm, kind, responsive, caring, helpful, and gracious. "We had the best time at the Kai Lani oceanfront condo! The condo is spacious, clean, and has the best views from the lanai. The property location was fabulous- easy walk to the lagoons and shopping. The swimming pool area was a hit! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation! "

"The unit was very nice. We have four kids so it was great there were beach toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs, etc., all there for us to use. We loved the pool, and the beach was very nice. It was better than the other resort beaches because it was less crowded. Kids loved feeding the koi fish on the property every day. We had a wonderful stay."
