Very clean and Friendly staff my family and i had a great time definitely coming back soon.

Everything was fantastic at the hotel. Walking distance to everything in Waikiki!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. House keeping was quick and kind.

Bathroom was a little outdated. Room size was good. 1 elevator was down so had to wait a bit and sometimes the elevator was packed. Great coffee bar and location!

The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, the gym was excellent, and the amenities were solid overall. Valet parking was a mixed experience—sometimes quick and efficient, other times quite slow. Unfortunately, the room felt noticeably small for a family stay and was a bit cramped. The carpet also didn’t feel particularly clean, which took away from the overall comfort. While we enjoyed several aspects of the hotel, a larger and fresher room would have made the experience much better. Still a decent stay, but the room size and cleanliness left room for improvement.”

I liked staying at the four seasons. There are lot to love about that property - ocean, pools, dining and so on. I have 2 minor complaints though: * Privacy/sound insulation, while good and wasn't an issue could be improved. Most notably is the door has some space let's sound in. * Spa. We had couples massage and while massage was good room itself could be better. I was at Four Seasons Palo Alto SPA and I liked it better there.

4th time. Always great!! We will be back soon.

Great room. Clean. Great bed, nice functional kitchenette with a fridge. Good coffee and banana bread for breakfast. Receptionist were helpful. Got to use kayak and paddleboards, the pool and the hot tub. Amazing opportunity to see sea turtles from the resort if (and only if) you are willing to paddle to the deep see reefs.
