Upon checkin, received a pack of coupons from Lotte Duty Free (great if you want to buy makeup and stuff), laundrette on site at very reasonable price, comp'ed 2 bottles of water and a water dispensing machine on each floor. We elected for alternate day room cleaning and received a gift for each day...
