Excellent location for shopping and restaurants with short walk to Hongdae Street. Great city views from room and restaurant. Breakfast quite limited in food choices and had no individual egg preparation service. Biggest downside was closure of the pool and top floor bar area without any notice.

The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and a great choice for my solo trip to Seoul. Great views from the room, daily breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were very helpful. It was also easy to get around as an English speaker. My only complaint is that check-in and check-out times get extremely busy, and I waited 15–20 minutes to catch an elevator when leaving, so build in extra time on your departure day.

Such good location. But elevators took forever even with so many elevators functioning. Located on main road with so many stores, crossing the st leads you to Red road for night market with all the restaurants! Perfect location for families!

Very well located, central to all happening in nearby areas, however, that comes with the con of a nosey night all through the night I endured loud noises from horns to traffic sounds. My room refrigerator and sink also had a foul odor. Staff was EXCELLENT! Pizza at restaurant was superb.
