Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again.

Great location . There are several alleys with little food shops everywhere and shopping in general. Easy access to metro and numerous bus stops. Big plus to have bus 6004 stop heading to air port .

My family and I really enjoyed the stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to go to Seoul station and they helped with the arrangements. Overall we had a wonderful stay and there were a lot of restaurants in the area. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

Lotte City Hotel Guro has been my favorite hotel when I visit Seoul. The location is not full of tourists so is quiet. There are plenty of cafes and good transportation. It's clean with enough space for me. The staff is helpful. Satisfied.
