Very reasonably priced accommodation, not too far from town and things to do but also plenty of good recreational options if you didnt want to venture out with the gym being one of the better equipped hotel gyms ive tried. A bit dated but thats reflected in the price, staff were great

Room was spacious, though nothing fancy. Requested and got another pillow. Then we had to go back to reception to get a remote for the TV - they didn't answer the phone (we tried many times). Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and hot.

It was good for the price we paid. My son enjoyed the thermal pool. The only reason kids want to play in pools is to jump and splash (cause that is how they see water as fun). Being told not to is counter intuitive. Luckily we met lots of like-minded families in the lower pool. We never went to the other pool as we heard that kids were told off there. Staff were generally friendly, our room was mostly clean.
