"숙박 자체는 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 체크인 과정에서 다소 불편함이 있었습니다. 예약번호를 미리 확인하지 못한 경우 처음 이용할 때 어려움이 있을 것 같고, 저는 예약번호를 미리 받아 사전 체크인을 진행한 상태라 도착 후 별도로 체크인할 필요가 없는 것으로 알고 있었습니다. 그런데 숙박세 결제 메뉴를 별도로 진행하는 과정에서 결제가 제대로 되지 않아 한참 헤맸습니다. 태블릿 첫 화면에 사전 체크인 여부와 관계없이 최초 이용 시 반드시 ‘체크인’을 선택하여 결제해야 한다는 안내​를 명확하게 표시하면 좋을 것 같습니다. 개인적으로는 숙박세 결제 메뉴를 별도로 두기보다는 체크인 과정에 포함하는 방식이 더 직관적일 것 같습니다. 현재 메뉴 구성은 처음 이용하는 사람에게 다소 헷갈릴 수 있을 것 같습니다. 객실은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 트리플룸이었는데 더블침대 3개가 마련되어 있어 세 명이 각각 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 수압도 좋았고, 세탁기·전자레인지·냉장고 등의 시설도...
