"This was by far my favorite hotel during our 2+ week honeymoon. Very eco-friendly with nice amenities and lovely staff, this hotel had a nice calming vibe, decent sized room, and was a great location. It made our next hotel stay almost upsetting. The toilet was separate from the shower, which was nice, and we loved the pajamas. I can't stop raving about the pillow, which I think had buckwheat in it. "My boyfriend and I stayed at Pocket for several days while visiting Kyoto. It is located in such a convenient area (walkable distance to Nishiki and transit). The property itself is clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful! It is definitely worth staying here for the price! The only complaint I have come from the other foreigners/tourists.
