"Absolutely loved tatami floor mats through out. The onsen was relaxing and clean, we enjoyed using it as much as we could. The massage chairs where very popular but worth the wait for that 15min massage after walking all day. The onsite laundry room came in handy and was easy to use. And you have to try the traditional Japanese breakfast at least once during your stay. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we will be booking here again in the future."

"Property was beautiful inside, very fancy. It was a very clean hotel, check in was easy and in English. I was even able to check in early which was very convenient. The room was luxurious, and both Western and Japanese style pillows were given which was very appreciated, although the Western pillows were slightly too soft but that’s my personal preference.
