The entire team was warm, professional, and consistently attentive, creating a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. We want to especially highlight Atip at the restaurant. He recognized us from the very first moment, and his kindness and professionalism stood out immediately. What truly amazed us was that on our second visit for breakfast, he remembered our last name and greeted us personally. His exceptional attention is like a gem within this hotel, adding a unique and memorable touch to our stay. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed with thoughtful details everywhere. The common areas are elegant, the décor is refined, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and luxurious. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, and the sense of security throughout the hotel made us feel completely at ease.
