"Excellent location by Kyoto station. Fab lobby area with plenty of nooks to relax, fix a hot drink at the coffee and tea bar or head to the south building lobby to enjoy the massage chairs. Great breakfast with a lot of options. Lovely staff. Loved the happy hour drink. Room basic and lacked character but nice to have a balcony. "

"This hotel was excellent, as advertised and great value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the property was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent value and delicious. The ladies bath was very peaceful and very clean. The hotel was an easy walk to Kyoto Station and a popular bus stop and subway stop were 2 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this property."

"The hotel is very well located across the street from Kyoto station (main train station in Kyoto). Most sites of interest are easy/fast to get to from Kyoto station. Rooms are small (not a surprise). The hotel is worth the cost. I would definitely stay again at this hotel."
