The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also loved the complimentary drinks available all day, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, just across the street from Kyoto Station, making it super convenient for sightseeing and travel. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return next time we’re in Kyoto! "

Dinner downstairs at the restaurant was delicious as well. We did our own laundry on property and didn’t have any issues with odor. We would highly recommend this hotel! "
