I LOVED this hotel so much. From the moment I stepped in, the staff were so kind and welcoming. They made sure to greet me every time I walked through the lobby. They provided amazing amenities and the room was lovely. The overall vibe of the hotel was chic and modern. This was a bit more on the quiet side of town which was totally fine with me as there were plenty of dining options steps away from the front door!

It is very convenient, near to bus station (if you are coming from Kansai airport) and Kyoto station. Lots of eatery place and shopping, it is also near to some attractions. Overall is good if I ever come back to Kyoto this hotel will be my choice. Very general with the amenities. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very nice Hotel near Kyoto Station. Some rooms are pretty small but perfectly fine for a few day trip. The amenities are nice and useful and staff is amazingly helpful and polite. Thanks for the few really nice nights in you location.

The hotel was ok, just dont stay on the second floor since you will feel like you are sleeping in a kitchen, a frying fish smell was not pleasant. They changed me to a higher floor, and it was inconvenient to pack and unpack. Staff was really helpful and nice Breakfast was not worth it. They did not even have expresso machine. Microwave in the common area was old and you need like 5 minutes to heat simething but other than that all was good

Fantastic location about 5 minutes walk from Kyoto station. It is a bit away from the more touristy Gion/Kawaramachi area, but very easy to access via the subway (only 2 stops away). Overall perfect as a transport hub since all trains for Nara, Inari, Arashiama leave from Kyoto station

The staffs were super polite and helpful. I've arrived lated by a day but the check in was easy. The location of the hotel is very closed to Kyoto station. One thing I wish is the TV should offer more options for more entertainments.
