We stayed in the Kabuki room and it was so worth it! The room is so cool and very clean. Comes with a lot of amenities that they replenish each day! The hotel is within a shopping district which is so nice to walk around at night. Staff was friendly and welcoming!

The location was great! Stores and restaurants right outside your door in the covered outdoor mall area and walkable to major stores and the Gion area. The hotel itself was adequate but pretty basic. Lobby is tiny. The area is pedestrian only from 10:00 am - midnight so if you need to take a taxi during this time, you’ll need to walk a couple blocks to the hotel.

Location is nice! Very convenient especially when taking the train/subway stations. Hotel is within the shopping center. Famous Nishiki Market is within the vicinity. The only negative comment I have is that one of the staff has bad colds and he did not even wear mask. Highly recommend this hotel to stay in Kyoto.
