Phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Phòng có bếp nhưng không có đồ dùng học trợ nấu nướng như dầu ăn, gia vị... Không có đũa dùng mà chỉ toàn dao dĩa. Thế nên nếu ở lâu chắc khách phải chủ động mua đồ để nấu nướng vì chỉ cung cấp nồi xoang, bát đĩa. Khu vui chơi trẻ em dù trong nhà nhưng mùa đông lạnh không có máy sưởi ấm nên không chơi được. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, lễ phép là điểm cộng.

Tay Ho is a great neighborhood. Close to the airport and lots of great little bars and restaurants (Vietnamese and other global treats). The staff at Elegant Suites were professional, kind and helpful. We will definitely return when we head back to Hanoi.

The hotel room was quite big and was comfortable but honestly we didn't feel 5 star ambience and the pool was also very cold ; the breakfast didn't had vegan options

Loved everything about this hotel, the room was perfect, very spacious with a view on the lake. we also had a spacious jaccuzi in the unit (!) and a washing machine. The staff were very helpful. They took their time to explain the city map/landmark and helped us make the best out of our trip

This was our (my lady and I) third time staying at Westlake within one year. We stayed 10 nights. As in the past, our stay was pleasant and peaceful. We stayed in a deluxe studio room. The size of the room was adequate. The room was clean and comfortable. No bad smells. The pool and gym are awesome. We used both multiple times…nearly everyday. The pool is huge. There’s a wading pool next to the big pool. Towels and showers are available. Folks are asked to rinse off before entering the pool, which is sensible and a courtesy to others. The gym is spacious and can accommodate 20 or so bodies at a time. It has a/c and portable fans to help keep the temperature down. Water is available as are towels. A billiards table is available, but beware. A couple of the pockets aren’t firmly in place and tend to fall when balls go in them. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There were plenty of choices. Fruits and vegetables were fresh. Food was good or better. All staff were helpful, polite and professional. There were ample eating establishments within a few minutes by foot. In many of them, we had dinner for less than $10 for both of us. We will definitely consider staying at Westlake again.

The hotel is clean ,elegant design just like it’s named ,beautiful view from our suites . The staffs are friendly, helpful and respectful. I feel very safe here , love the breakfast buffet, gym. I definitely come back whenever I visit Ha Noi again.

This is an elegant and well appointed apartment hotel to stay in for a family vacation. The hotel is spotless and in a convenient location close to restaurants and groceries. The breakfast buffet is ample. The service is impeccable.

Generally good with room for some improvements.
Generally all went well. Two things I would like to highlight. One is that we were guaranteed late check out at 2pm and this was further confirmed at check in. However on the last day we got a call from reception at 1pm that we had to check out and there was no late check out. We were pressed to check out despite I highlighting to them. We therefore had to rush and checkout. But eventually the staff apologised when the error was realised. The second point concerns the chairs in the restaurant where breakfast was served. Could the hotel look into have guards on the foot of the chairs as they are so noisy when you move them. Very irritating, indeed.

Fantastic Apartment Hotel...
If you are staying in Hanoi for a week or more and need yet you don’t want to stay in the city centre, but close to it, then this apartment, complete with washing machine and dryer and a fitted kitchen then this apartment and location is perfect. We only stayed one night before heading to the airport to fly home, but what a lovely apartment. Everyone was so nice and helpful and location was superb, the pub and restaurant was directly opposite! Great! I would stay there again and it comes highly recommended...

I loved this property , it was in a lovely quiet area but near enough to visit all the sites. The room was very spacious with 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower room. The place is Elegant in name and surroundings. The only disappointment was our last evening as we had told reception that we wanted to dine in the restaurant for our 'Farewell Dinner:'. As we had checked out and arranged suitcase storage because our flight was at 1.35 AM .We had a lovely last meal in the restaurant and it was of the highest standard. I would return if coming to Hanoi again t I found the staff gracious & helpful

Great location on Westlake, close to an extensive array of eateries. Staff are very friendly and efficient ... The breakfast is fabulous. The area around Elegant Suites is developing rapidly, with lots of new bars opening up over the last couple of years.
