The hotel and staff are wonderful. Ms. Le helped to arrange everything from spa appointments to transportation to ideas of places to go and things to see or do. The hotel is clean. Rooms are cleaned and restocked daily without request. The food is delicious and some of the best we had while in Hanoi. 10/10 recommend staying here!

The hotel is location is excellent as it is nearby the main attractions in Hanoi or a short taxi ride away. The staff are wonderful and friendly, even gave us suggestions such as places to eat. Overall, we have a good time during our stay. However, the hotel might consider updating and better maintenance of their fixtures.

Best hotel ever! My room was humongous and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is centrally located; perfectly close to tons of shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing, friendly and super helpful. They organized my visa and 3 tours for me. I love not having to think lol. Special shout out to Rosie and Mai. Give them both raises! They were both a big help during my stay. I cannot wait to return

The rooms were clean and fully stocked with whatever you may need. But it is the staff that really stands out. They were truly amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and just constantly tried to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of dishes to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
