Gorgeous old style hotel with heaps of character and class. Great location ( except If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food! Nearby restaurants mainly terrible tourist slop) lovely room with clean sheets, pillows and towels. Staff were very pleasant and professional.

The best hotel in the old quarter perfectly located lakeside. Fantastic property and staff. If you want the buzz of the old quarter, this is a tranquil oasis from which to enjoy it. If we return and stay in the old quarter we would definitely stay here again; but I suspect we’ll try the French quarter.

Is my first time at the apricot hotel in Hanoi. This is my go to hotel for all of my future trips to Hanoi. I love the location near the lake and the hotel staff were wonderful. The architecture of the lobby and the second floor dining area were amazingly beautiful.

This is a gorgeous hotel with exceptional staff. I would absolutely stay here again. The hotel is clean, spacious and well lit. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the lake. The rooms are a good size and clean. Housekeeping is exceptional. I have zero comolaints about this hotel as we were treated with exceptional service from the moment of check in to discharge. This hotel is also in the perfect location as many tours will pick you up here and it is also walkable to many dining options.
