What stands out to me the most was the service from the hotel staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel location was convenient to most tourist things via walking and driving. The included breakfast buffet had a nice selection of western and Vietnamese dishes

Almost everything are good, just my room the shower room a little smell and you could see the stain from overtime used. I booked two family room but each floor they one have one family room it make a little inconvenience goes up and down and only one key card for a room.

The hotel is lovely to walk into, the staff are so helpful, food delicious and the pool is fun (if very small). However the room feels dated, it has not been designed with what travellers need - places to hang things, places to dry wet swimsuits, the bathroom has no room to put toiletries for more than 1 person. It was jist annoying. The shower was so powerful when I switched it on, because of the angel it had been left at, the entire bathroom got soaked, including towels and clothes. It was so so annoying.

We stayed with 2 kids and 2 adults. The room design/size was perfect. central location to walk around town and explore HCM. I loved the greenery. Breakfast buffet was also good for kids and the pool (while small) was well maintained and safe on the 12th floor.

Rooms functional but on the smallish side (family room). Breakfast menu and quality is standard and a bit rushed as it closes early (9:30 am). Restaurants in the area are mostly Japanese and Korean cuisine. Location is good and within walking distance of places of interest, including nightlife which is quite vibrant.

Rock hard beds

The common areas were fine. However, the rooms were just depressing. It was very hot in the room. The toilet seat was broken and the beds were rock hard. You get what you pay for here.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Paragon. It has been updated very nicely and our room was very comfortable. The A/C worked great and the bed was firm and good. (The King bed is two twins put together.). The staff was great! They helped with everything. And we’re super friendly! The daily breakfast was very good with many options and an omelette station as when as a hot soup/noodle station. The location is good and is walking distance to Opera Hall, Post Office, Grand Market, Zoo, River, and more. If we come back to HCM, we will book the Paragon again!

Great location, easy walking distance to district 1. Staff and hotel was fantastic, happy to assist with late checkout and all other items I needed. Only downside was perhaps the hard bed, was unexpected in such a nice room setup. Would 100% return here, was a fantastic stay!
