Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

Highly recommend staying in this hotel when in Hanoi. It's location is best as it is close to many shops and restaurants. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. Spacious clean room and we like the breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed our stay!

Well-located in the historic area, the hotel is full of charm with super friendly staff. The receptionist and manager remember our name during our stay, which is quite impressive! The deluxe room is spacious and clean, with a window overlooking a small part of the street outside. There is also a sky bar/restaurant and a swimming pool, which we highly recommend. The food is good considering its afford price.

This hotel is fantastic. Right in the center of Old Quarter close to everything. The lobby and rooms are exquisite. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. There is a great rooftop patio/bar/pool. I would highly recommend!

Tirant had excellent staff who would go above and beyond to meet their customers individual needs. They booked us a cyclo and ensured we were not ripped off, exchanged money, provided a corkscrew, additional sheets and transport from the airport at a competitive rate. Their facilities were immaculate, rooms were well priced and centrally located for us to enjoy the old quarter of Hanoi as well as weekend street entertainment.

Very good location. The staff are exceptional, friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hotel three times in 10 days, each for two nights. For the second and third stays, we downgraded our room. The bed for the first stay was bigger, being a king, and away from the road, so less noisy. Very nice roof top pool area for dining and drinks. My only negative for this hotel is the laundry was expensive. But would definitely use this hotel again if in Hanoi.

Excellent service from check-in to check-out. We booked to Junior Suite which was lovely & super roomy. The balcony was nice & quiet with privacy. The room décor was lovely, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating & nothing was too much trouble. Complimentary mini bar & afternoon tea was a nice surprise during our stay. Thank you Don for helping us find our feet. Hotel location was great & close to everything, we had the world at our fingertips! Room service was ultra quick, thanks guys. Breakfast was plentiful & accommodated for all needs. Nice pool and an absolute stunning g roof top bar area. A special thank you to An (?). After checkout An asked if we required a taxi for our next destination. We chatted briefly while waiting for our taxi, again An provided us with more information & offered us a farewell drink. How nice was that! An, you truely are a great asset to Tirant Hotel !! Hall de l’hôtel magnifique où trône un énorme bouquet de lys très parfumés et décoré de très beaux tableaux brodés d’oiseaux aux couleurs reposantes.Accueil chaleureux. Chambre propre, pressing à des prix raisonnables. Buffet petit déjeuner très variés avec des plats chauds qui changent tous les jours. Le personnel est aux petits soins, bravo à eux et notamment à Jame. Hotel très bien situé dans une rue animée et non bruyante la nuit. Dans la rue, il y a une pharmacie, un coiffeur, une alimentation, des restaurants typiques très bons et bon marché, une boutique de vêtements style sport à des prix défiant toute concurrence, des salons de massage, et un peu plus loin dans une rue perpendiculaire, un super médecin acupuncteur. Que demander plus .
