"We have been to the Mill over the years, but not since the change of owners and Covid. The evening food was good, but the room was very tired and I would of expected more for the price. The breakfast range again a bit limited and the veggie sausages were still cold when they arrived even though we had waited 20 minutes for them. Also the carpark was a separate charge of £12 per night, which we were not made aware on booking, but we had to pay on arrival."

For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. "

"Our trip included taking 2 cockerpoos who have been well socialized and stayed in different places before. What made this trip exceptional were the staff. They were so welcoming and the pooches were truly spoiled. Special mentions for David, Lucas, Denise, and Family Hughes, but extra special mentions for Susan and Laura. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was amazing, spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff were equally as helpful. This is definitely one hotel we will be returning...

"I have stayed in two of the apartments (3 and 5) - both have an equipped kitchen/living area, two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a washing machine. Apartment 3 is on the ground floor. Apartment 5 is on the first floor (up stairs) has an additional powder room. The apartments are located in an annex within easy walking distance of the hotel and all the sites in the city centre, about 100 yard, close to the city wall and River Dee. Parking is a bit crowded - barely enough space if all the apartments...
