Bed and Breakfast in Mold

"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"The car park is small but can fit 4 cars. The reception of the hotel is welcoming. The 4 person suite /room is located outside of the main hotel where the old garage was. Our room was a good size and both the bedroom and living space had a large tv. The bathroom is a good size but could do with hooks too hang clothes. The room also had a kitchenette which was useful, unfortunately the microwave had not been cleaned resulting in food from a previous visitor being moulting. Staff were quick to...

"PERFECT stay for Liverpool fans! Can see Anfield from the doorstep and every inch of the place celebrates the Reds! Please note this is a guesthouse, NOT a hotel. It’s not an anonymous experience, but you’ll join in almost like family with the others who are staying. The friendliness and hospitality are wonderful, and the whole place is clean and crisp and comfy. We enjoyed walking to see murals and having such a convenient and festive spot on game day!"

"Chris and Val are excellent and friendly hosts and can provide you with a plethora of local information on places to visit and eat at. It was a pleasure to be able to stay with such a nice couple. The only thing to note is the Shower Room is a little tight but, you do not stay in the Shower Room and this should not put you off staying. Once again, thank you to Chris and Val especially for the excellent and plentifull breakfasts and scones. "

"Absolutely wonderful place…would highly recommend. Everything as seen on the photos and in the description. Stayed in the 4 bedroom cottage, all with their own bathroom and ate is as celebrating a big birthday for one of the family. Staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough! Thank you! "

"The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...

"A few toothing problems upon arrival, but the host sorted. The room was generally comfy and clean, but could do with abit of TLC to make look better. Radiator wasn't consistently working, which was not nice in the morning. "

"From start to finish, Tracy and Jerry could not do enough. Their beautiful home was so welcoming and comfortable, it was a pleasure to stay there. The breakfast was extensive and fabulous and so tasty too! They had covered all the small touches and nothing was too much trouble.
