"Great stay with the family. The kids loved the pool and had a room of their own room which really helped in the evening. We all had a really good sleep and breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was perfectly located for our needs. The room decor was a little tired and the basin tap had seen better days, but overall the room was clean and bright and comfortable with not musty smells."

"We stayed in the penthouse suite. The room was very big and well equipped. The only small issue was it was right next to lime street station and from 04.30 we heard all the train announcements. "

"Fabulous Superior room with dockside view - comfy king size bed, large TV, fridge and coffee and tea making. The room is huge and the bathroom complete with Double rainfall shower and separate bath is bigger than many hotel rooms I've been in. Staff were all super helpful and efficient, I cannot fault the hotel in anyway. Food was great and bar is very well stocked. Really liked my stay here! "

"Busy property, lots of families and people using the gym. The bar and grill can be very busy and noisy with children running around which makes it a little noisy for other residents - the lack of soft furnishings enhances the noise. The conservatory is the only quiet space available so is prime real estate for anyone without young children. Hotel was clean, staff were super helpful all the time. We were in a freshly renovated room where the bathroom renovation was excellent apart from a lack of towel rails. The bedroom needed another light in the TV corner and maybe an armchair."
