"bedding and towels all very clean but the room it’s self needed a deep clean, dust everywhere, if you moved the bed the dust was thick, hadn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time. It’s as if they had taken loads of bookings and opened parts of the hotel that perhaps weren’t used on a regular basis"

"Must have been given a room that dogs have stayed in as my eyes were itching within an hour of settling in to the room followed by sneezing fits. Woke up the next day, more sneezing and completely bunged up. My wife also mentioned she could smell urine in the room so wasn’t the most comfortable of stays. The room looked like it had just been redecorated and bathroom refurbed so no complaints there. Just think any hotel accommodating dogs need to consider customers who have allergies to pets to ensure they are given a pet free room. "

"We stayed 2 nights, arriving late on the first. Unfortunatey the hotel does not provide room service or any meals/snacks after 8.30. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and very clean, with lots of hot water. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, and has an attractive restuarant when it is open."
