"We have been to the Mill over the years, but not since the change of owners and Covid. The evening food was good, but the room was very tired and I would of expected more for the price. The breakfast range again a bit limited and the veggie sausages were still cold when they arrived even though we had waited 20 minutes for them. Also the carpark was a separate charge of £12 per night, which we were not made aware on booking, but we had to pay on arrival."

For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. "

"Our trip included taking 2 cockerpoos who have been well socialized and stayed in different places before. What made this trip exceptional were the staff. They were so welcoming and the pooches were truly spoiled. Special mentions for David, Lucas, Denise, and Family Hughes, but extra special mentions for Susan and Laura. Nothing was too much trouble.
