"From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff at both the door and front desk. Had a balcony room on Bourbon Street, clean room and excellent location in the heart of the French Quarter! Wi-Fi was good, the beds were comfortable. Very clean hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in the French Quarter with a view of all the action."

"Beautiful property. Staff seems to shy away from the full history of the building but that’s ok. The pool and gym were under construction so that was a bummer. Also, the only open air space beside the pool was the courtyard. It’s only accessible to people who have courtyard rooms. It would’ve been helpful to know that information beforehand. I had a “hot tub” room. It was visibly dirty and unattractive. I take responsibility for that since I didn’t fully understand what it meant to stay at a historical property. You can’t open the windows and the a/c was weak. Welcome to NOLA,right? lol The housekeeper skipped my room a few times and only changed the linens when she did visit. No vacuuming or general cleaning. Again, I’ll take that as my fault for expecting it. The location was awesome though. In the middle of everything! "
