The staff helped accommodate us to have a room with a city view, and Candy was extra sweet giving us a congratulatory card, bottle of wine and macaroons. This hotels was very nice. Staff were very nice and it was clean. However; the cleanliness felt off because there was a moldy type smell in the room that was very distracting. As if the carpet was washed but did not dry effectively. I stayed for only one night so I cannot speak on any of the other amenities.
