"I was flying in from California and my flight was coming in a couple hours earier than check in time. I called the day before to see if they could check me in early. I spoke to Kendra and she said she would do her best to get my room ready early but would hold my bags for me if it wasn't. When i arrived Kendra took our bags for us and called us when the room was ready.while we had lunch. She also looked up a second line location for us. When we were looking for a tour to go on she had plenty of suggestions and again looked up places for us to go. Her customer service was amazing. The rest of the staff was friendly and did a great job as well. The room was spacious and had a ton of charm. Very beautiful and we had a balcony overlooking the street. We were very happy with the room. They cleaned and made our beds daily. A lot of places don't do this anymore since covid. The location is half a block from bourbon st in the heart of the French quarter. We loved our stay"

"The room was clean. Bed was comfortable and hotel was accessible to plenty of New Orleans attractions in the French Quarter. The employees were very nice and accommodating."

"Room was clean, location was superb...even on NYE we didnt hear the crowds even though we were located right next to Bourbon Street. Amenities include a pool and a bar restaurant. We stayed 5 nights...again...everything was walkable and therefore location was perfect."

"Room clean, beds comfortable, shower good. There was some humming sound we thought it was related to AC but turned out to be from fridge. Went away when we unplugged it. Great location, close to everything in French quarter yet not in the middle of noise or crowds. They had yoga class on Saturday which was good! We tried breakfast once which was good. Staff are friendly. The restaurant next door was great (Redfish Grill), you get a free dessert with your stay. We really enjoyed our stay!"
