"Sadly we only had one night at the Hotel Monteleone,but we made the best of it. Perhaps the one regret is that the carousel bar was packed every time we checked it from noon til 11 pm, but the secondary bar nearer the stage was there for us and we enjoyed chatting with the bartender there and learning about Sazerac. Locations is the best in the FQ and staff fabulous! "

"The staff worked to ensure we were happy with our stay. When I arrived, I requested not to be placed in specific locations. Will made a special effort, including personally walking up and checking the readiness of the room, to ensure I was happy with my location. The security in the building helped assure my daughters and my safety when a person from Bourbon Street had gotten a bit too intoxicated. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the location (perfectly in the middle of the French Quarter) was quiet. We could walk to all the sites we had on our agenda. It was a wonderful place to stay."
