Super convenient for what we needed. Not great good options downstairs but that’s not their fault. The lady at the check in desk was lovely and really helpful. We really liked the property, just a bit on the pricey side. Would also be good if parking was better. There was a whole parking building that wasn’t able to be used and with all the stores around it wasn’t good parking.

A great find, the hotel is very handy to shops, motorway and bus station with good parking. The property was quite new so in excellent condition, the small kitchen area in the Urban home apartment was great to make our own breakfast. Hightly recommend.

Well situated hotel with easy access to motorway, service station and eateries. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Great location close to Viaduct restaurants and waterfront. Retro vibes are fun with spacious rooms and clean amenities. We will be back again!

Hotel and most especially the staff are wonderful!

This has become my regular Hotel during my bi-annual trip to Auckland. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. I love the location and the dining options, which are close to Britomart. My only minor complaint is that I request a room overlooking Beach Rd however I am always directed to the back of the Hotel overlooking ugly buildings. But overall this is a good Hotel in a prime location.

Always a great stay at the Travelodge. Really convenient location, great parking adjacent and cost effective stay. My top recommendation for staying in Auckland CBD.

Excellent all round would recommend

Great, central location. Comfortable, clean, modern room (studio) - not cramped and so quiet! Absolutely no road noise, air conditioner worked really well - held temperature overnight without the need to blast cold air around and whisper quiet. Lovely, friendly staff. Drop-off zone to unload bags, etc and carparking area 2min walk. Will definitely return.

Right from check-in, we were treated so well. The corner suite was beautiful, all the furnishings were comfortable & it had a lovely new feel. Our only disappointment was that the suites overlooking the viaduct were all booked, so ours looked towards Sky Tower over the marina. The shower was absolute heaven, as was the bath. Lovely new hotel centrally located in Auckland CBD. Nice views of the harbour and well appointed room with a super comfy bed. Nice welcome on arrival from Jameica on the front desk and great service from Thea in the Hotel Restuarant. Excellent food ,good portions and obviously cooked by a chef as opposed to a Cook. We’ve tried a number of Auckland CBD hotels and this one is our go - to.
