The front desk staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. They clearly explained the parking information and were happy to assist us even though we arrived a little late. The room was also very clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay. We would definitely like to stay here again.

This is a good location. Parking in the building is $30. Parking directly outside on the street is free between 6 pm and 8 am every night and all day Sunday. About 30 s down the road is 2 hour free parking during the day and free all day Sat and Sun the room was a bit old looking, but very clean and had a decent kitchens with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. It also had plates glasses and cutlery plus one sharp knife. It was more than we expected from a hotel room. Spa pool was great but swimming pool was closed for renovation whilst we were there. Gym was basic…but pretty standard for a hotel gym.

The room was clean and tidy, very presentable. It looking a little tired but it was good comfortable stay. One thing to remember, they dont service the room everyday. Its every third day so if you like your privacy and you dont mind keeping things tidy yourself you're going to be fine. We were on the 16th floor so we had a fantastic view of lake Pupuki and Auckland city with the sky tower. The staff are helpful and friendly. I loved having a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer Its good value for money and I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful outlook from our room. Stunning views over the harbour. Well laid out room, beds ok. Nothing lacking. Helpful reception, though I would have liked to be told at time of booking that I needed to book a parking space. Luckily there was one left. Only shortcoming was room service menu, offering frozen meals for guest to cook in the room microwave. Ugh. Luckily we were happy to go out for meals - and plenty cafes etc to choose from within a nice walk. Would go back, for sure.

The room was ready when we arrived. Well stocked with tea, milk waiting us in yhe fridge. View of the water as promised. We were asked if we had a small car, just as well. Tight getting it into the space we were allocated due to the angles of that particular parking space. Staff were pleasant and great cafes nearby. Pool not open.
