Quest Albany has been a great place to stay for over the last 10 years for us when ever we return to NZ. To be honest it's our best kept secret and we really don't want anyone else finding out about it

This place is ok. Nothing bad nor particularly special. Adding $10/day for parking was a bit annoying as you can basically just leave you car on the street outside at no cost and it’s not a dangerous neighbourhood. Staff were good and friendly.

Lovely Hotel. Friendly, Helpful Staff

Awesome stay. Would def stay here again. Only issue was we had booked a car park and when we arrived back to the hotel at night our carpark was taken. Maybe isite different cards for the carpark. At the moment same card for rooms is used for the carpark. It sounds like this is a regular occurrence.

Staff were really good but the room was one of the worst I have ever experienced due to the appalling layout. 1 brm apartment with tiny space around the end of the (small) bed, and a TV hanging on the wall at the end made it even worse. Also, no space at all in the room for luggage. TV in the ‘lounge’ had streaming options like Netflix, but the TV in the bedroom didn’t. No shelf space at all in the spacious bathroom for toiletries. ‘Lounge’ furniture uncomfortable.

Great place to stay after arrival in Auckland

Great location away from the busyness of Auckland. Friendly staff, quiet hotel, cafes and restaurants within walking distance plus a nice park behind the hotel to go for a stroll. New world grocery store is a quick 5 minute drive away. Our room was fairly spacious, comfortable king sized bed and nice to have a full size washer and separate dryer in our room.

Great location to shopping centre, you can either walk or drive. Check-in was easy, went smoothly. My down side was the pillows were to hard and big for my liking, but that's only my preference. Over all lovely place.
