We did not know that reception was only open until 4pm luckily we arrived 5mins beforehand. The lift broke down & we were on the 9th floor but they had it running again within the hour. Also the heat pump was making a loud noise. Overall though the location was perfect and the price was very reasonable

Great location and friendly, helpful managers. The accommodation is a bit tired, and I'd recommend taking earplugs as central city can be noisy overnight, but overall value for money.

The apartments were spotless. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. You are right in the middle of the shopping area and very close to Sky City. Also easy access to the Viaduct Harbour area. If you are staying on a Friday or Saturday evening, be prepared for loud music and noisy drinkers until 4.30am. We were in a B apartment so that was the corner of the building closest to the bars in Fort St. A C or D apartment may make this easier on you.

We were disappointed in the condition of this room. There were several stains on the sofa and the kitchen was not stocked with suitable pots etc. On a positive note, the staff were very accommodating and pleasant and the location superb!
