"On approach to the hotel, I was wondering if we had made good choice or not - outside looks a bit drab and in need of a makeover. The inside was awesome however - very posh. We upgraded and booked a suite with access to the VIP lounge. The suite was great, but the VIP lounge was disappointing. Limited food and beverages and furnishings of the lounge did not make us feel like VIPs. I would not pay extra again for this experience."

"Great place for an overnight stop on the way out of UK. Convenient drop off and pick up with Hotel Hopper bus. Got a return ticket, which is a little cheaper. Good food in restaurant. Breakfast available really early. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff."
