"Generally ok - there weren't breakfast goods as suggested in listing and sofabed wasn't made up as I'd requested. Tv control had been mislaid (?by previuos guest?) so we couldn't watch it. Although there were lots of games and owner was very apologetic and did try to sort it on night 1.Really convenient for Harry Potter tour - free bus is a 15 min walk away, as is the train station."
