"Caroline and the entire staff were great. Delicious breakfast. Walking distance to Windsor Castle. Good dining options nearby. Enjoyed our stay."

"Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant....

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Access to parking areas can be tricky as the driveway is tight. Showers need to be cleaned off mold. "

"The hotel is clean and comfortable but we were surprised by the £10 parking fee to use the car park behind the hotel. There’s no option as parking on the street is restricted "

"Absolutely everything. My 6 year old Granddaughter was so impressed with the animals and now she wants some goats!! It was so handy for walking to the local pub and only minutes away from Legoland. Many thanks and I'm sure we'll return at some point :-)"

"Wonderful apartment, tastefully furnished, great location. Thoughtful groceries left to ensure you didn't have to rush out before a cup of tea and coffee. The only and i mean only negative thing to say was Parking was a challenge! "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Diana! It was great to have a whole apartment to ourselves. We could relax after walking around Windsor. It was a great price and we loved Windsor. There are several amazing restaurants close by. "
